Postdoctoral Positions in the Nikitin Lab:

Outstanding individuals with experience in stem cell biology, molecular cloning, advanced cell culture, animal modeling and/or bioinformatics are encouraged to apply for a Postdoctoral position in the Nikitin lab. The project is focused on the identification and characterization of molecular and cellular mechanisms defining the susceptibility of stem cells and their progeny to the malignant transformation. The areas of the laboratory's interests include developmental and cancer biology of the female reproductive tract and the prostate. Studies are performed on genetically modified mouse models and human organoids, and involve cutting edge approaches, such as cell lineage tracing, gene editing, single cell transcriptome and spatial analysis.
