The 2011 Retreat was held Saturday, September 17 at La Tourelle Resort, Ithaca, New York. This quaint, off-campus but nearby location "borders Buttermilk Falls State Park and is nestled on 70 beautiful acres in the Finger Lakes Wine Region" providing plenty of ponds and trails to enjoy and explore. This year's keynote speaker was Dr. Anthony Oro, Stanford University (epithelial cancer biology). Please see the retreat schedule below.

Congratulations to Song Eun Lee (Tumbar Lab), Pengcheng Bu (Shen Lab), and Gabriel Balmus and Aaron Oswald (Weiss Lab) the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners of the retreat poster competition!
